Girls Night Done Right

Girls Night Done Right

When planning a girls night, having these essentials are key. I recently just purchased some Kate Spade Polk-a-dot glasses and they're so fun! However, I am loving these Kate Spade New York Hampton Street glasses and definitely will be adding them to my list of party must haves. Kate Spade has a wonderful selection of fun party decor and all at a great cost. Did I mention I am slightly obsessed with all things gold? Anyways, go enjoy yourself a night in with the gals, have a few glasses of wine and reminisce about old times! Hope you have a wonderful weekend loves!

TGIF! I don't know about you, but by Friday basics are my go to. I wanted to keep this look simple but why not add a little extra sass with a black brim fedora hat. Side note, I received a lot of slack {from a few, mainly men} for this hat. I will blame it on their lack of style insight {kidding, but really} Honestly, I have one in camel and have all intentions to purchase one in burgundy as well. These hats are true life savers when sporting a bad do. About this soft sweater and comfy booties, I scored these two pieces during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. These were steals I couldn't pass up! I hope you have a wonderful Friday all and thanks for reading!

Leopard lovin'

Another weekend as yet gone away and I hope your weekend was an excellent one. Although mine was a little hectic, it ended with a nice baby shower for a long time friend. I get so giddy watching others open gifts and watching their excitement. I am so happy for you Jac, you will make an excellent mama! I decided after lounging all weekend in sweats and a sweatshirt (my weekend favorites) I was going to bust out a new  favorite sweater of mine and pair it with some snakeskin printed leather pants. As I said before, I am loving fall because it's the season for layering. Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Comfy Fall Inspo

Hey guys! In spirit of the first official day of fall tomorrow, happy dance, I thought I would share a fall inspiration look with none other than the amazing Nordstrom rack. Something that never gets old is the perfect lip and a chunky scarf. Also, I don't know about you but what I love most about fall is layering different pieces. Nordstrom rack is amazing in that it has a variety of pieces to pull a complete look together and how can you beat their prices? I'm all about a great bargain! What about all of you, what is your must have fall piece? I would love to hear from you!

Fur & Fall Booties

Last year mama and I went to see Wicked in theater. It was such an amazing experience that we decided to make it one of tradition. This year we brought along grandma and went to The Phantom of the Opera. A lot like the last production, the show was fantastic. However, of the many things I enjoy about this tradition, dressing up for the occasion is by far one of my favorites {besides the wine & chocolates}. I decided to go with a soft pink faux fur vest for the main piece and paired it with my Dolce Vita Taupe booties, like LOVE them. So, here's to another great tradition and looking forward to the many more to come. Hope you have a lovely weekend!

A look with Old Navy

So, as I am getting use to this whole blog thing, I am finding myself playing catch up...{Bare with me!} I wanted to share a "laterpost" with all of you lovelies which is an Old Navy look that I love. I can already tell you I will be a repeat offender with both pieces. What I love about this look is that both can be worn many different ways. Military vests have made their comeback and besides the obviously reason, they're simple to pair with just about anything..you can also dress the look up or down. With this striped number, I was hoping to find a dress with a heavier fabric so I can wear it in the fall and winter. I am not lying when I say Old Navy never disappoints! Don't mind my pups, they always steal the show!
