I'm pretty sure I should wear this tank everyday. Maybe, just maybe it would be a great reminder not to be late....{#wishfulthinking}! My photographer put my lateness in perspective and it goes something like this, "I've officially ran out of excuses. I will likely be a little late because of who I am as a person." {ha ha}

Confession: I'm a sucker for graphic t-shirts with rad sayings. So, naturally when I saw this tank from Nordstrom it was a "meant to be, had to have" kind of purchase. I have a girl crush on this graphic t's as well here and here. These shoes by the way... are super comfortable. Dustin says he's living out the Justfab commercial where the husband is disturbed by the amount of shoes arriving to the house. I about lost it then and there. But real talk, I'm addicted to Justfab! I'm currently trying to chose from these here and here. Decisions decisions!

Wind alert, I repeat wind alert! This day had Tess and I laughing so hard! At one point I looked over at Tess {hints the mid laugh picture} and said, "Do you think if I hold my breath the wind will stop?" Obviously not, but wishful thinking. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I went to the cutest bridal shower ever for a good family friend and oh my does it have me excited for mine! FYI: I'm on the hunt for the perfect dress so if you have suggestions do share! I adore a traditional white dress but I'm really starting to obsess over hot pinks and neon green colors. There perfect for summer!

You all, I've been dying to find the perfect chambray top and I got this one for a steal when Express had their 40% off sale! I've done the whole denim on denim look, but these boyfriend jeans though {#heaven} Confession: I have a thing for express and this look is express head to toe {#ExpressLove}. Now excuse me while I catch up on my daily dose of The Voice!

Spring is well on its way and the grass is just starting to turn green, however the weather here in Iowa has been cold and dreary. I don't know about you, but the only time I enjoy rain is with a relaxing thunderstorm, curled up in bed, with a nice cup of coffee, and a Nicolas Sparks book {Yes, I said relaxing thunderstorm}. 

With spring coming I couldn't resist this blouse that I purchased from HM for $18 {I'm all about the bargain}! I loved how it paired nicely with this adorable BaubleBar Antarctica Ring Pendant Necklace here. If you haven't noticed, I'm in "girl lust" over BaubleBar's Jewelry. It's perfectly priced and the quality is fantastic. I always get compliments when I'm wearing a piece of their jewelry! Shh...I'm still in lust over Stella & Dot jewelry pieces as well {#madlove}! 

Now onto to these amazing heels {My steal vs. splurge} {aka not your Valentino's, but pretty close}! These are from last year, but I linked similar ones above because I'm smitten over how easy these die for heels {with the fur studs} can be paired with the perfect jean or dress. These white denim are also from last year and just an FYI: excuse me if you see these on repeat, I'm slightly {#obsessed}.

I have to brag about my latest find you all.  I've been on the hunt for the perfect distressed boyfriend jean..not to mention having spent countless hours roaming the Internet but coming up empty handed {#completefail}. Finally, my friend Brooke and I thought it would be fun to take a spontaneous trip to the ole' Mall of America. You know, every woman's dream and every guys nightmare? Not only was I determined, but she as well. Of course our first stop was to Nordstrom {#nordygirlsforlife} can you say {#thisgirlwasinheaven}. 

So, after trying on 100+ pairs, in all honestly I think Brooke had me beat, I found these amazingggg BLANKNYC' distressed denim and let me tell you...I'M OBSESSED. Not to mention there the perfect price at $88 dollars. A spring/summer staple piece for sure ladies. I can't wait to just throw these on with a perfect Tee and a cute summer sandal. Anyways, I hope you enjoy your Sunday Funday....I'm off to finish a 12 hour shift. Wish me luck, but who needs luck when you have coffee :).

Happy Holidays! Count Down to Christmas {6 Days!}. I can't believe Thanksgiving has come and gone and Christmas is almost here! You could say I'm a little extremely giddy. All my presents are bought for, however not wrapped...nor under the Christmas tree. My goal for this weekend is to sip some wine or hot coco, watch the Hallmark Movie Channel and wrap away! I hope holiday shopping went well for you all! Have some last minute gift shopping to complete? Christmas is a time of giving, but it's more then just giving gifts..it's about spreading love and holiday cheer {I know cheesy, but for realz}..this holiday season ask not who to buy for but also how to give to those less fortunate. It was last reported in 2010 an estimated 23,808 individuals in Iowa alone struggle with homelessness. Whether you give your time or a donation, A little goes a long ways.  There are so many organizations and charities you can donate to and below I've include ideas for places locally where you can not only donate, but volunteer your time as well. Tis the season!
